Please take a moment to read over the terms & policies before participating in my live sales.
1. You must fill out this form prior to claiming on my Tiktok, and/or Instagram Live Sales.
2. Claiming is committing to purchase. No putting back or switching items. Serious inquiries only. Ghosters will be permanently blocked from all lives sales.
4. Invoices are done via Square. Invoices are due within 48 hours of them being received.
5. Invoices that are not paid with 48 hours will be cancelled and will not be allowed to participate in future live sales.
6. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
7. Orders are shipped 3-7 days after payment is processed.
8. All orders are shipped using USPS and/or UPS.
9. Heavenly Hands NYC LLC is not responsible for lost or damage packages. All lost or damaged packages claims must be made directly with the shipping carriers USPS or UPS.
10. If your order is over $100 I highly recommend placing insurance on your order to protect your package. USPS and UPS only protect up to $100 with priority mail.
11. Please note insurance is only added to your packages when requested.
